My mom is kinda a James Taylor fan.   Especially James Taylor Christmas.


I always make fun of her for it a little.  Complaining about his songs.

But then last year, for some reason this song became one of my favorites.

I love the slight melancholy-ness.

(yes, I know its not a real word!!!!)


Christmas can be a time of missing and longing to be with those you love.
Sometimes you get to be and other times you don't.
